Busted flat in Baton Rouge

Despite the magical wonder and, dare I say, romanticism of last night's post about the connectedness of snow, this morning I was forced to reexamine the phenomenon in the cold (-2 degrees to be precise) light of day. And I have come to the conclusion that snow is a terrible, terrible thing.

I didn't want to contradict the lovely poeticism of the last post, but...I heartily agree.
wettest, slipperiest, coldest walk to work ever!!

See the part that gets me is probably having to clear the walk all the time.

Tis a funny little world. Almost all of my titles are song lyrics. I've likely used some lines from "Me and Bobby McGee" previously; I'm thinking "Freedom's just another word for nothing less to lose". *shrugs* I like that one.
